The Mitt Co. strives to provide superior customer service. Should you find our products to be defective please fill out a products return form and return instructions will be provided. List the reason for return of the product and describe any defects with a digital photo. No returns will be accepted without a digital photo of proof.
We only accept returns for manufacturer defect. Returned product is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or exchange. For product refund, product(s) must be returned unused. Packages that are opened are not eligible for cash refund, only replacement. We do not credit or refund shipping charges
Upon arrival, goods will be evaluated for replacement or refund. Any item deemed defective by The Mitt Co. will be replaced at the discretion of The Mitt Co. Any claim of shortage, damage, defects or wrong items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Any product damaged by the freight carrier cannot be returned for refund. Contact the freight carrier directly to file a claim.
